The White Linen Spring Cocktail

Cucumber

1 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

0.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur

0.75 oz Watermelon Juice

1.5 oz Gin

Club Soda

Add cucumber, lemon juice & simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Then, add elderflower liqueur, watermelon juice & gin. Add ice and shake.

Add your cucumber garnish and strain over ice. Top with club soda and enjoy.🍹
